    The PMO Analyst will assist the PM, Deputy PM and designated team members to develop, maintain and deliver required contract documentation on a large federal system development life cycle (SDLC) project.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, and maintain contract documentation
    • Responsible for managing relatively complex technical or functional programs
    • Oversees program budget and schedules
    • Assist project teams in developing and maintaining management plans and processes
    • Conduct periodic reviews and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements
    • Assist program in all process improvement activities
    • Maintain CMS Programs Risk Management Plan
    • Maintain Project Level Risk Register
    • Escalate project risks /problems
    • Monitor and track metrics against established QASP and SLA thresholds
    • Update and maintain the CMS supplier/subcontractor management plan
    • Assist PM with subcontractor management as appropriate
    • Act as a scribe at contract/project meetings to record meeting activity

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years in supporting project management activities along all phases of the agile software development life cycle
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate to management, peers and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.)
    • Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project
    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
    • Two (2) or more years of experience working with CMS or other Federal Healthcare IT Projects preferred. Other government contract project management experience will be considered
    • Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data preferred
