    IMPAQ Strategy is seeking a full-time Associate to coordinate the practice’s client services and business development activities. The incumbent will be responsible for providing task tracking, meeting support, assisting solutions design, and business development support across multiple clients. Additionally, the role will be responsible for assisting the practice in tracking operational and project indicators, and the development of promotional collateral to support business development.



    • Assist project leadership in the tracking of tasks, development of work plans, and coordination of client communications
    • Support day-to-day project and client management activities
    • Assist in the development of client solutions, and participate their implementation
    • Assist in the development of practice marketing and educational collateral
    • Support client and internal meetings through detailed meeting notes and capture of action items, and presentation development
    • Support business development through proposal authoring and collaborative solution design with other practice staff
    • Support general department/office needs as identified



    Bachelor’s Degree or higher


    Knowledge and Experience

    • 0-3 years of experience in client-facing consulting activities, experience in healthcare a plus
    • Experience with business development activities, including authoring proposals and identifying and qualifying opportunities
    • Experience in the development of marketing collateral to drive practice business
    • Experience in tracking tasks against work plans using MS Project, Basecamp, or other project management software
    • Ability to engage in limited travel (~5-10%) to support clients and business development

    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work across multiple clients and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization a plus
