The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with IMPAQ leadership and staff to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, provide performance management guidance, conduct compliance audits and reports, assist with HRIS implementations, and provide benefits and compensation guidance. This is a full-time position based out of our Columbia, MD office and will require travel up to 25% of time to company office locations.
